It provides two planned maintenance visits per year, which equipment manufacturers recommend. Routine maintenance keeps your heating and cooling systems running at PEAK EFFICIENCY with fewer breakdowns.
The PEAK Maintenance benefits include a 25 point inspection, as well as, the following:

Peak Maintenance Plans
Platinum Plan = $25 a Month
The Platinum Peak Maintenance Plan includes Spring and Fall maintenance, 1 FREE HVAC service call a year, 20% off HVAC repairs, 1 FREE annual plumbing inspection, 1 FREE annual electrical inspection, 10% off plumbing and electrical repairs, $100 per year Loyalty Credit (up to $800) towards the purchase of a new HVAC system, and Priority Service within 48 hours.(Each additional unit is an additional $15 per month)
Silver Plan = $15 a Month
The Silver Peak Maintenance Plan includes Spring and Fall maintenance, 10% off all parts, and priority service within 48 hours
